What is the easist way to find local newspapers

I need to gather and create a list of local news sites and news papers in a particular city in the USA. What is the easiest and most effective way to do this? Does anyone know of a good website or resource to find this information? Thanks.

      If you don't want to use the net for your search, you could go to a local restaurant and look at all of the machines they have there for you to purchase the papers from. They usually offer the smaller newspapers for an area as well as the the major ones.
