Rating Affiliate Networks

Is there some sort of legitimate and fair evaluation of affiliate networks (Clickbank, Commission Junction, etc.) out there somewhere?

Just from scanning material I've come across in various searches, it's obvious that some of the smaller networks may be complete scams. What I'm interested in is where to find some objective evaluations and comments that can help sort out which ones are reputable and stable, and which ones should be avoided.

If you read through the forum, you can get a good idea, I'm finding that depends on who you ask becomes a good rule.

I've seen some who like an affiliate and in the next post someone who hates it. It all depends on their experience, and seems to be related to whether they are making money.

Not very helpful for a list, but it is a start.
