Sales Page and Ebook Disclaimers

I see many internet marketing sales pages and ebook that have disclaimers stating that the material is for entertainment. ...any damage done to your business you accept responsibility for it our company is not responsible. Then I see forward looking statements and all that. so my question is do I have to include disclaimers in my ebooks and on my sales pages although I live outside the U.S?

    I am in the UK and I make sure that I am covered whatever country! Don't forget your visitors may be coming from anywhere if you are getting internet customers. Make sure you make everything clear and upfront.

    Do a google search for ebook disclaimers - you can get free templates to download too.

      If memory serves, attorney (and Warrior) Bob Silber has a freebie in the War Room containing boilerplate disclaimers for both fiction and nonfiction.
