The headline is good and so the concept for the layout (LeadRocket is always a good choice for squeeze pages), but you're probably going to want to improve the images.

You've got a white image on top of an image, this doesn't look to good in my opinion...
Perhaps you could make the background image more related to the product you're trying to sell?

Yes, In my opinion you should remove the image....or at least make it smaller and more congruent with the text on your page.

        just my 2 cents

Everyone I know who has split-tested this type of squeeze page against "much the same thing but on a plain white background" has found that the conversion-rate is actually better without the background picture. (I can understand why, too).

I say "everyone" but I'm only talking about only 3 people, to be honest.

Still, I think this type of page is always highly likely to reduce opt-ins, anyway. Just my perspective (and that of 3 other people).

(Yes, I know Frank Kern has used at least one of these. He doesn't always split-test, either.)

The best thing to do is set up a split test on it so you can really get some good stats.

I would recommend losing the image above the box, it looks out of place and is distracting.

Why do you have "Sent" by under the optin fields?

Other than that I would definitely try a few variations with different background images, test your copy and layout. LeadRocket has a couple of options. I would also split test against a couple of different styles / layouts

    All the best

Busy art intensive pages perform worse verses simple clean pages. I have tested this many times and the clean simple page always outperforms.

You can only know for sure by split testing with your offer and your traffic.

But, here is factual statistics I have from my own split testing, and it is quite contrary to what you might think:

    1. Video converts 10% better than text.
    2. A plain, PLAIN, squeeze page converts up to 15% better than anyhting else I have tested.

What do I mean by plain? I have a squeeze page that has a graphic of an iMac with a video of me talking inside the graphic that autoplays, and an optin form.

Thats it. Nothing else. No bullets. No headlines. No text. Nothing. White. Graphic. Video.

And, yes, I've tested it against those fancy squeeze pages everyone is using these days (the full screen background ones), and although those convert better than some others I have tried, they do not convert as good as the plain one.

Now, before you run off and take that as bible, test it.

Then, go a step further. And these are the things you have to do to set yourself apart from everyone else who does the same things. Copy. Copy. Copy...

Ask yourself "WHY?" Why does the plain one convert better? What is the experience the user is having that compells them to opt into that squeeze page vs. a different squeeze page that has the same exact video and offer?

Get into the mind of your prospects. If you can think like them, you will be successful.

Thanks for the tip -- I will test this out in the future in a similar way.

I like it and it's becoming a popular style right now. A "guru squeeze page" (Background image with large optin box and nothing more on the page).

I use many of them with the optin box on left, right, and center depending on the background image.

Yeah. You have to figure stuff out by testing. You can't just ask people what you should do, because then you will end up with what everyone else has.

You have to think about what you can do differently, and then implement and track the results.

I heard ugly pages often do better than pretty pages. I hope so, cause the ugly pages I got back from Fiverr...

I decided to go with a red background with a large white box in the center with the headline and optin box in the white box. It's not distracting at least. Takes your eye right to the headline and text and call to action.

I think that's the issue with the graphic squeeze pages, the graphics are a distraction that takes the attention away from what you want them to read and do.

Ditto, practice what he's preachin' and you'll get better and more useful results. Always test and always track. I've had to learn this lesson the hard way myself, just trying to save you some grief. The front-end efforts are worth it in the long run. Good luck! Gotta admit, don't like the dark-on-dark thing you got goin' on on that squeeze page...

Not sure if you're looking for further feedback because it's looking pretty good. Except for a couple of things...

You might want to remove the need for people to enter their names (Increase optin %)

Make the headline attractive. Make the heading Red and increase the font size
