Best way of delivering product to customer?

Hi warriors,

I have a WSO in the pipeline and was wondering the best way to handle the payments and then the download for the customer.

I have heard of DLGuard, but was wondering if there is a cheaper option available, preferably using wordpress and paypal.

    Use a platform such as Warrior Plus or JVZoo to handle the payments for you.

    As for how you deliver the product, that really depends on what exactly the product is. Those platforms mentioned above do allow you to upload a single file product and they deliver it for you.

    But if your product includes more than just a single file then I would usually recommend creating a simple members area.

    The WSO is a piece of software so it will have a few files, but I can always zip them up into one file?

      Sure, but you will probably want to include tutorial videos showing people how to use the software as well. The beauty of a membership site is you can also have a members forum where your customers can interact and answer each others questions which will take a load off your support desk. It also gives you some great opportunities to promote other products, either your own or related affiliate products.

      I always use membership sites to deliver my products.

    I deliver most of my products into their email inbox

    This is for 2 reasons

    1. It conditions them to open my emails

    2. It's less hassle than creating a secure members area

    For warrior plus I have used wp file lock a lot and it secures individual pages anyway so it's just as good as a members area it's just less techy

    This is not of course the only way to do things but this is what i have done and it's simple and it works for me :-)
