How can make my first dollar by june

Hello everyone last month i started IM

so far i have a very basic website/landing page and have written 17 articles on ezine which have 200 views and 23 URL clicks. Anyway...

MY GOAL is make my first sale by the end of four weeks starting today

so i am asking WHAT WOULD YOU DO in my position, experienced warriors

my plan is too

- write 100 more articles
- submit them to every article directory
- learn more about copy writing and redo site
- make a squidoo lens and hub page
- make some youtube videos promoting my niche

Hi Courage,

If you put your plan into action I think you will definitely get your first sale by June providing you have been effective with your keyword research. I would also say remember to bookmark your work to at least the top ten social bookmark sites such as propeller, digg and mixx, if not more.

When you say every article directory, lol, thats a lot of directories. You could prob get away with submitting to again, around the top ten such as Ezine articlesbase, searchwarp, article city, go articles etc and remembering to link them to your site and web 2.0. Other wise you will be spending most of your time submitting articles! Autosubmitting them to too many sites too quickly might hurt your google relationship

What are you promoting? If you run a few of those articles or videos to CPA offers then I am sure you can make $1 by June.

It sounds like you have a good plan in place by taking massive action. That should surely bring you in some money by June. Although for me sometimes it depends on the chosen niche/product - I have promoted some that have proven to be poor sellers so I've ended up ditching the products in the long run.

Make sure you do some good on page SEO on your page as well.

I would NOT submit my articles to all the article directories because that would be a massive waste of time. I would suggest submitting to only the largest directories. I'm lazy, so sometimes I only submit to EzineArticles. It works well because its the largest directory and therefore gets the most traffic.

When doing article marketing, it's not just about brute force. What I mean by that is you can't expect to make a sale just by writing a billion articles and submitting them. There are factors like headlines, article body, landing page, and the product you're promoting that your success will depend upon.

By the way, since you appear to like writing, why not write articles for other people in addition to your article marketing efforts? This way, you can make money while polishing up your skills in article marketing.

you dont need 100+ articles for ONE sale, cheezus

Aim higher, if you dont get ONE sale by june then there must be something seriously off. Make a nice site, like a review-site for a product.

Then have 10 good articles and submit and also do a press release.
