Content for Fanpage, Blog and Youtube

I hope someone can help me because I am in a dilemma right now.
You see, there is a possibility to automate your blog posts/videos and feed on your FB Fanpage via apps like SocialRSS, Youtubetabb and Networkedblogs.com
This is a great way to put content on your fanpage and leverage your results. Everyone knows Facebook is huge when it comes to getting viral traffic.
The big downside of this is of course that it will actually cannibalize the traffic of my blog (and Youtube channel).
So my question to you guys is, what strategy do YOU use? do you create separate content for each source?
How do YOU use a blog, fanpage and Youtube channel in conjunction?
I'm looking forward to hear how everyone else is tackling these considerations.
