I am new to this but wondering if my model is worth it

Well Im sure this isnt the first time this has happened by any means, but I trust the opinions of the users of this site so I thought it was right to post here first. So lets get started. I am thinking about running a lot gigs on fiverr for my specific skill set, just a taste of what I can do. I would then ask the clients if they needed more on a larger scale, then direct them to a simple website page 2 or 3 pages with just some content and then a paypal payment ect, after a few weeks/months sell the webiste for a profit as a turn key business.

I am very new to this and trying to expand my thinking on these subject.

    The overall idea is good though I wonder if fiverr has something in their TOS about keeping clients within their system. I'll let one of the fiverr pros address that.
