difference between research writing and article writing

is their any significant diversity between the 2.

for example writing content on a subject in internet marketing

what would be an example of research writing on internet marketing and article writing on internet marketing. I am trying to find out what kind of writer i need to hire.


PS if you can give an example of this diversity by expressing it in terms of trying to hire someone and an example of the actual content. I am lost with this.

    An example of research writing would be going to Google and searching for Internet Marketing PLR Articles. Be careful though because there's some junk PLR Websites, however, most of the Top 10 listed on page 1 are OK.

    Then find the specific topic you want and purchase a packet, they're normally pretty cheap so you won't have a big investment.

    Once you have made your purchase and downloaded your articles you can choose the one you want to use and REWRITE them for uniqueness and post them on your site or submit them to article directories for backlinks and traffic.

    On the other hand if you were to outsource the work simply search for IM article writers, there are plenty of places to go to. Usually when you get your work back you'll have to do some adjustments (grammar errors, spell check, etc.) but they normally have good work.
    iWriter.com or Freelancer.com are two of my favorites.

      with all do respect but that was not helpfull. My question is whats the ifference between a research paper and an article? are they not the same?

        No, they are not the same. A research paper is done for schooling and consists of very formal writing and strict rules.

        Writing an article is for business whether it be to entertain, inform, explain, persuade as a few examples, and can come in a myriad of different flavors or tones, if you will.

        They could utilize humor, could be in story form, could use a story to illustrate a point and make it clear. They could use analogies, could have a theme, can entertain while getting mundane information across.

        If I do research for a piece, I do have a "research paper", but it consists of facts and points I've researched and then will be incorporated into the piece I write later.
