Hello,

i'm trying to understand every way you can generate traffic and backlinks?
can you please add some methods here? so i can give it a try and find out more information about it

This topics been covered pretty extensively a few dozen times. At this point there are just SO many ways to generate traffic it really comes down to personal preferences and what you find the most expendable... as in time or money.

I dont know exactly what you would do with all these, but if you cant attract some attention with those tools, then there's a real problem

Business cards and good old fashioned networking in the real world work very well. If you can build a little bit of a following this way, people share it on their own social networking nodes.

i already have 3 twitter accounts with over 2000 followers each within a week, and have 900+ friends on facebook to do with my site,
i'm just trying everyway and going for it! only been on the net 2 weeks , and have the time to try everything

A media buy is another way to buy ad space and time.

I don't really want to outsource i'd rather be all hands on , and fiqure everything out myself , however long it takes, maybe in the future i might outsource but for now i want to keep busy experimenting on different ways

couple of traffic methods that you
really get on with and can do well
with, and those will be what becomes
your bread and butter.

Of course, there's nothing to stop you
outsourcing the methods that you just

media buys can get as cheap as you can from adbrite, also can go as expensive as you want from TV

I've got a few subscribers already , right can anyone tell me how many offers or emails i can send them without spamming?

they are double opt in subscribers , i assume this means that they conrimed there opt in right?

i don't want to come over as a spammer!

i tried adbrite , but i don't seem to get any clicks on the ad's compared to other advertisments like commission junction i had 300 impressions and 10 clicks with 5 sales , but with adbrite i did'nt recieve any clicks at all

I like using postcards to drive prospects to the site or specific landing page. Get a very targeted list and do more than 1 mailing. Maybe design a 6 week campaign where you drip a postcard a week. Each one with a similar look and feel but different benefit on each? So much gets lost in email and twitter people getting so much of each!

I don't think it has been mentioned yet, but you could create products and sell (or give away) the resell rights or master resell rights to them, make sure to create products or reports tightly related to your niche and link to your website from within the product itself.

You could also consider creating rebrandable PDFs that relate to your product or service. Within the PDF you would include links to your website, but you would also include links to affiliate programs and make those rebrandable(modifiable by the final user) . By making the affiliate links rebrandable, you are providing an incentive to pass along your PDF.

There really are way too many methods (know and unknown) to list every one of them, though it'd definitely be an interesting experiment.

The basic approach to traffic is to identify who your audience is then research very carefully what they do and how you can get in front of them. The better you know your audience the better you'll be able to target their attention - cause that's what you want to target - their attention.

I'm in no rush make thousands a month, I'm getting stuck in with every type of traffic method there is!

There are so many and almost all of them are listed above.

It's all going to come down to what you feel comfortable doing on a DAILY basis. Become the master at that traffic generation strategy. Don't try to do all of them at once either.

That is how you can get overwhelmed really easy. Stick to about 3 and see what happens from there.
