CPVlab No access to file license.php

I bought cpvlab and I'm trying to install it by following the installation instructions. I created a sub domain for this and extracted everything in the folder. I did the mysql database correctly and I when i try to install it, it keeps giving me the "Warning: fopen(/home/amusing/public_html/tracking//license/license.php) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/amusing/public_html/tracking/cpv_lab_install_files/install.php on line 0
No access to file license.php" error. I'm pretty positive that all the permissions are correct also. I'm not sure what to do.
#access #cpvlab #file #licensephp

CPVLab has incredible support and respond very quickly. I recommend opening a ticket at their support desk.

Some places take up to 48 hours or more. It is also the weekend so it may take a little longer.

But all support requests for products should be sent to their support desks first and not posted here. I could understand if you had sent them a ticket a week ago and had no response, but otherwise this forum would just end up one big help desk.

If you are hosting it on beyondhost you might want to contact them. They also provide incredible support and have extensive knowledge of cpvlab. If not, maybe look into their hosting as they will install CPV lab for you.
