Help! I think my internet's broke...

Ok, so I know the internet's not "broke" but sometimes it can feel that way I posted a Squidoo lens over a week and a half ago and it is still not indexed by Google. It has never taken this long before, so I'm wondering if there is anything "wrong" that would cause my lens not to be indexed? It seems like things are taking longer to index in general for me lately. Could having too many links to the same website do it? (I have 5 total using 2 keyword phrases as anchor text which is more links to one site than I've ever done in a lens.) Any ideas, thoughts, comments?

I know I need to be patient (a virtue I lack) but it wouldn't have me so concerned if I didn't know from experience that it usually takes about a day for my lenses to get indexed.

I have also battled to get one of my sites indexed. It has taken about a month and the entire site is still not indexed, its only 10 pages and about 6 are indexed so far.

    Not good man!

Have you tried submitting a sitemap to Google Webmasters?

Yes, it did do that, but there was a problem with a robots.txt file that was stopping the Google bot.

I have fixed that problem now.

Now its just a waiting game.

I haven't done any social bookmarking with my lens, mainly because I've never had to. I usually just bookmark my site. I'll go ahead digg it and see if that helps.

I've always put adsense on my sites I want indexed and it seems to help :-)

I say what the others have said. Submit it to some social bookmarking sites and wait.

It could be possible your lens or its content is somehow blacklisted
