I bought an almost new laptop from a friend who decided he hates laptops and after I had it for a while I kept getting random porn sites adds show up when I did a search. I know there are programs that I can use to whip clean the entire hard drive of everything that was ever there but now that i have programs and stuff on it I don't want to remove them just to clean the hard drive. Is there a program I can get that will whip clean all the deleted file information and blank space and leave all my current files and programs alone.

The Ccleaner or so won't help you to remove the viruses (toolbars or whatever). Use antivirus software. If won't help, simple format the disk and re-install the OS. You don't need any special tools for that. The OS installer will suggest you to do that.

P.S. Don't forget to backup your data on an external HDD.

I tried to use that ccleaner but i was not able to remove my duplicate files from my pc easily. some files was hidden when i done my cleaning my hard drive. But when i tried with another software to delete duplicate file easily from my hard drive with DuplicateFilesDeleter then i removed my duplicate files successfully. really that software works well.

I'd recommend using both malwarebytes and superantispyware. The two of those together will take care of most malware. Pity that your "friend" infected that computer with porn

It isn't that it is infected it's that It pops up when surfing and if it does that couldn't there be remnants of pictures on the hard drive that could be found if someone knew what to do to find things that were deleted but was still there.

Nothing will wipe it all except for reformatting your hard drive. So either try the recommended options or simply do that and then you should be fine. Make sure you have copies of everything you need to reload after wiping it all first.
