Bluehost, poor hosting performance?

INTERNET MARKETING

Over the last several months I have experienced a big drop in quality from bluehost's hosting. Has anyone else noticed this as well? I haven noticed the websites perform slowly even though everything is optimized, and there are no issues such as CPU throttling, wordpress control panel is very slow as well.

Also what alternatives to blue host would you guys recommend?
