How to put ads on your blog?

I have a blog through WordPress and I am using the Plug In Adsense Deluxe 2 but I wanted to know how to put more ads on my blog that is relating to my topic. My blog is about beauty products and I definitely want to promote some that I use. It's toxicbeautyblog.com if anyone want to see it. Also, how do you get paid if people actually click on some of the ads? My blog is only 2 weeks old so I am still learning....Thanks!
