Just a quick tip. If you like to do product reviews, it helps to do them on products that are worthwhile (meaning hot and converting).

While you should do your own research, sometimes you can cut the time by checking out what popular sites are highlighting.

Obviously, you shoot yourself in the foot if you copy their content. This is just a tip to see not only what products are popular, but also which convert... there is always a reason why these large sites pick certain products and niches and when they do it.

    Probably one of the reasons many new affiliate marketers fall over so early is finding hot products to promote that convert into sales

    Interesting the first site uses "best ....." as I use "New Top ..... Products" for my promotional site.

    The only disadvantage of using this model, is the amount of time it takes to get targeted traffic rather than site traffic compared to targeting a single niche.

    What a lot of newbie marketers forget is to do some keyword and demographic research, and target the right phrase that draws traffic to their offer or link. That is like placing an ad in a country town, compared to placing an ad in a big residential city, same effort, massively different results.
