To get affiliates you will have to find people who are selling dating stuff to people or people who are already promoting dating sites. And you will have to persuade them to promote you as well or instead. This is no small task as it requires proving your concept for one. So are you making money? They will want to know the answer to that question, above all else. Secondly, they will want to know you're trustworthy, and not just because you said you were. So without a reputation it can be tougher to get a yes. Higher profile people who care about their reputation and have spent forever building it know they can lose it in one false move, so you have to prove to them you are trustworthy. As for getting other types of affiliates, you can sign up for places where affiliates go to find products to promote. You could list your product on CPA offer sites for example and offer them $X or $XX per lead they send. This requires knowing your numbers. And it requires managing people who might send you junk leads. The other option is to train affiliates to drive traffic for you, like Travis Sago did for The Magic of Making Up. Granted it was easier to get traffic through article directory marketing then but it's still doable.

To answer your question, you can find affiliates in the JV section, but you're going to have to offer them something good. I seen your sites before the links were taken down, and I doubt affiliates will drive traffic to a dating site without any members.

You have the classic problem of the chicken and the egg. How can you attract affiliates without members and how can you attract members without affiliates / traffic?

The solution is to pay someone with a huge list to promote your sites. Someone with a list in the hundreds of thousands or millions can actually make your project work.
