How do you make money?

For over last five years, I work as a software developer using oDesk. The work is completely done online, using modern collaboration tools, and I've never met any of the clients face to face.
A short and informative interview.

    I just started using oDesk as a "buyer of services" - not paying $150/hour tho!

    I look for other countries than U.S. talk about cheap my average hourly pay for a freelancer there is 5 bucks an hour.
