It had to happen sometime...

All the big names getting together on one huge launch - and every single one of them is emailing me trying to get my email address. It goes on and on and on.

So- my question is - when are they going to tell everyone that it's ALL ABOUT THE BIG LIST?

Kern, Filsame, Brunson and the rest have been building lists for years. Between them they have got to have millions of email addresses and "first names". Everyone here knows that without a list to mail to, none of the stuff they are doing would ever get seen.

But, since they all have their own lists... that begs another question or two:

Are they teaming up on the launch tree thing because their business is down? Are they doing it just for fun? Are they doing it just to try and maximize the RAKE? I mean, we all know what upsells and downsells are. Who are they trying to sell this stuff to? Or are they trying to create a feeding frenzy?

Can someone explain to me why these "gurus" NEVER say "My list is huge" and they always try to get you to buy something that has nothing to do with building your own list? This Launch tree thing is a great example...

Who needs the backend upsell if they don't have anyone to sell to? I don;t get it...

You're not the only one it has me very confused too, if i were them guys and had made a million or two I'd have left the IM arena for something new, maybe a Michelin star wothy restaurant or some very cool invention never mind upselling, downselling. left selling, right selling and around selling to everyone on the internet.

If you are not interested in the tools and training that people provide about how to build your business... or if as you say you do not even have a business...

Then just unsubscribe.

Other than that I'd have to say the content about the launch tree is some of the most useful content put out in some time in the IM world.

You seem to already know you need a list and you need buyers. So my suggestion would be to start building a list and a real business with buyers.

It ain't really all that hard and with just a small list and a few buyers the back end upsell/downsell process becomes quite profitable.
