Help me with monetization ideas

have a few articles in the wood flooring niche. I used to use them for my adsense sites but since getting the ban from adsense the sites have been sitting there.

I tried bidvertiser but the CTR is horrible, kontera was the same.

I looked at CJ.com for afilliate programs and tried a few with no conversions. (i was redirecting to the landing page of the merchant)

The articles send me anywhere from 20-60 people per day and i am looking for ideas.

I even tried a wood floor video series on clickbank with no sales after 1000 hops!!(i was redirecting to the landing page of the merchant)

The articles tend to focus more on the care aspect of wood floors.

My one thought was an ebay build a niche store type set up or an amazon afilliate store but i have no experience with either and am not sure if they are worth the effort.

i guess i am just looking for some outside ideas since sometimes the obvious is hard to spot when your in the thick of it!

It is okay to contact me! I have been developing software since 1999, creating many popular products like phpLD.

@captivereef - Nothing springing to mind off the top of my head here for this one but after reading some posts on your blog I have to congratulate you on your positive attitude and your persistence.

Did you ever appeal to get your Google Adsense account re-instated?

Curious re: YPN as you're in the US.

Kontera is okay but as complimentary monetization as oppose to a replacement.

If you could find a CPA offer that fitted that would probably be your best bet.

The conversions on that Clickbank product sound terrible !

  • Have you tried Ebay affiliate program? Maybe your audience does buy wood flooring stuff from Ebay.

Have you tried the Facebook Ad program? I don't think for wood flooring keyword there would be much competition.

You should run a SMM campaign for it, so it will better help you to understand all about your audience existence then you can run a Ad program there.

Are you considering to create your own products? - create an ebook or something..

Have you tried Amazon affiliate? It could be one alternative, since you are in wood niche, a physical niche.

OP asked for monetization, not for getting traffics to the website or offers.

    Hi,

I would suggest making a video for each article you have. Include the keywords from the articles in the video title.

Then create a capture page to give away a cool flooring tip that solves a problem for your customers. Put the link to the capture page in the description box of the video along with the full article, you're allowed 500 words I think.

Add your tags, and you're good to go.

Then you head over to Facebook and create a Facebook ad sending them to the youtube video. Or you could do just a Facebook post and boost it for $5 as a test to see what you get.

    Hope that helps.
