Recommended Price to Sell My Website on Flippa

Hello my warrior friend.I own PR3 body building niche video website and want to sell it on flippa but i do not know the best price should i let it go.Please anybody here suggest or tell me how to calculate the price of a website and what need to consider in doing that. Thanks for your advice.

    How much does the site earn? Look on Flippa - I believe most sites sell for around 8 - 10 times the monthly earnings.

    Yes, the site would go for about 10 times monthly income. If the site has no income then probably anywhere between $100 to $400 depending how much work went into it.

    I agree with Chris. I have seen as high as 10x and as low as 5x I guess it would depend on the demand for the niche.

      I domain (website) is always worth what someone is willing to pay for it. On flippa, what I have seen often, the domains or websites with good sales letters are getting the highest revenues.

    The value of your web site is calculated by the purchaser. As is often stated, it will be worth what someone is willing to pay.

    The way you increase your chances of finding buyers willing to pay the most is to find potential owners for the site who are already in the niche and who would like to add your site/content/list/products to their existing business.

    The business owners will typically (not always) see your site as a valuable addition to their business because they can increase or expand what they are offering almost instantly. Saving a business owner time and work while beefing up his/her business quickly is a valuable incentive to make a fast purchase.

    Do a Google search on your best keywords and phrases, visit all the top resulting sites, and see if the owners will make you an offer on your site. If what you have to offer is seen as a valuable addition, you should be able to make a sale.
