Need advice on my email marketing business

Alright im not here to tell people buy my service or anything so don't ask (if thats against the rules)

I am here for advice!

Essentially, I am running an email marketing business and I am starting to actually get people contacting me with HUGE list that they want me to manage.

What I have done is
-Purchased my own VPS with extra IP's ( To Rotate them)
-Installed wordpress and I have a news letter software that gives me the capabilities to send a large amount of emails with a template and an unsubscribe op-out and all.


However, My issue is... The wordpress plugin is not sending emails out quick enough and I cannot run multiple campaigns at once.

I was wondering if anyone here knew of any of software that sends the emails out really quickly and allows me to use templates and an unsubscribe feature for my VPS that will give me the capabilities to run multiple campaigns at once.

Yes, I have done a lot of research and this as far as I have been able to get.
Please any help will be appreciated.

    This is an area I specialize in actually.

    My recommendation? A PHP Class that uses PHP's mail function or directly to sendmail/postfix to send the mail. It'll go in a for loop that will send the emails in batches. But you'll want to throttle how much/how often.

    I've said this so much in the past and I'll say it again.
    WordPress is great. It's great for what its intended for. A Blog platform and VERY minimal CMS. Large site? Email Platform? Anything else? WordPress is *NOT* the right solution. Your issue is actually a pretty good example of when WordPress should *NOT* be used.

    Outside of everything I said you can host your own email program. These are PHP based and work well (but ultimately I recommend building your own, as I have).

    Commercial stuff:
    Email Marketing | Email Marketing Software | Interspire Email Marketer
    (there's another big one I've also used but I'm forgetting)

    Also send using a service like:
    Email Delivery & Transactional Email SMTP Server from SendGrid

    If you want to discuss a partnership or discuss delivery methods/issues please contact me. There is WAYYY more to email delivery than the "actual" emailing. PTR records, stamping, white-listing BEFORE sending a single email. Contacting AOL/GMail/Hotmail's Postmasters (and *NO* not over email, but in person or phone).

      Right I actually just got done installing phplist this morning.
      Its open source so i was able to edit quite a bit of things

    If you don't have the time to learn PHP, you can also contract the work out. Find a good programmer and let them do the heavy lifting for you.

    Brian's advice is good.

    I use PHPList in conjunction with a SendGrid account to send about 100k emails a month. Works well.

    I have had a php script written that replicates contacts from my Vtiger CRM (also open source) into PHPList.

    I use Aweber for online forms and autoresponders, but batch transfer respondents into Vtiger. Aweber is too expensive for big lists.

    My content, landing pages (and forms) are hosted in Wordpress -- and that's what Wordpress is best used for.

    i suggest you use aweber, it is best to run in email marketing. don't try to send many emails as quickly as you want because you might get penalized or tagged as spam
