Generating traffic on a site that sells a service
I have an established company that provides outsourced IT support to several large clients, We have right now 68 computer experts who work under our company and are paid on a case-by-case basis. They're all US based, and have passed background checks, etc- We're now trying to get into the market ourselves and grasp what could be huge, but I don't even know where to begin. Here's what we offer, and what we've tried so far:
What we offer:
IT Support for a flat rate: Most of the competition out there (large sites) do tech support for various prices ranging from $49 - $199 and higher, We do this for $40 a call. With this model I can pay the techs more than they're making currently with our existing business, and the company profits more - Seems like a win-win. The page for this is:
Award Tech - Get Support! | Award Tech
Outsourced help: We have applications that other techs/shops can run and connect to us for additional support/workforce, the idea here is for local shops who have too much work, pawn shops, anyone who needs affordable support. With this we charge $25 a service, The client connects to our system, we gain remote control and once they pay for the service we complete the repair, and alert them. This way even if they are charging $50 a service they are still making $25. Info/landing for this:
Award Tech - IT Outsourcing | Award Tech
White-Label support: We have a white-label program where mfg's, shops etc can get an installer program that'll run in the end-user tray, it'll be branded to that company. Info/Landing for this: Award Tech - White-Label Support Resellers | Award Tech
I've done the adwords, had a little return on it offering IT Support, and having it go to our end-user page.
Facebook ads were all but helpful/profitable.
We have a facebook that gains some attention, in the noob moment I purchased likes. https://www.facebook.com/awardtech is the page.
At this point it seems hopeless, and I am turning to the warriors to see what they'd do to get the word out. I have thought about partnerships with companies, others in IM to see if they'd be interested- Would this be a good idea?
