Help selling my websites

Hi Everyone,

This is my first post and I need your help and advice.
I have 5 websites that I wish to sell. They are flower sites
and I have had them for around 10 years, and when I first had
them I was making around $20k per year with very little work.
With increasing competition the revenue has dropped
to around $7k per year and it's time to move onto something
different and to sell them.

I have existing florists who receive the orders from my sites and they
pay me a 20% commission on the orders. They all have their own sites
and my sites are just a another source of revenue for the.
I have all the sites running on the same database and to sell them I have
new individual sites made in Joomala for them ready to go when they sell.

I plan to offer the sites to the current florists and need to work out a plan
of how to make a fair offer to them. I have the revenues from the last 3/4
years to given them although they know how much they make anyway I
guess.
So what do you think I need to do to make a fair offer to them.
Your help and advice would be very appreciated.

God Bless
john Fowler

Websites usually flip x8-x20 from their monthly income - depends on the niche. Do a search in Flippa.com and you can be smarter. (go for advanced search to find auctions that won)

yeah, try to sell them to the florists, if they don't want them, seek other florists, if not feature it on Flippa. With all that revenue (if it can be proven) it should do very well on Flippa.

If you want the money then you need to flip them to an entrepreneur because they will pay more than a florist.
