Can I sell like this?

Hi there,

I like to create websites, and I have a license to elegant themes, woothemes and a few others where I get all their themes for a set price.

My question is, can I then use any of these themes to build websites for new clients?

And If so, for example, If I had a Facebook Page to promote my services of web design, can I mention on the sale pitch that people can choose what theme they want to use from elegant themes etc, and I will build them a basic website with this in mind.?

Is that legal?

I think it is. But this information probably you will find on their website or open a ticket. They will tell you.

What you're looking for is called a "developer's license." It allows you to use their template themes on sites that you build for others but don't own yourself. Typically, the cost of this license will be more than a personal one site license, but it will be well worth the extra cost if you build more than a few sites for others.

You should think about offering some customization as well since it's super easy to set up a WordPress site (the platform that Elegant Themes are built upon) and add an out-of-the-box theme.

      Good luck to you,

      Steve
