A quick question about Google Keyword Tool...

A niche I'm trying has plenty of global monthly searches for various keywords but 'not enough data' for local searches. Are these still good keywords or does it need to have local search data?

Also I live in the UK. I'm using google.com rather than .co.uk but I'm wondering if the local search volume is including the states...

Any help much appreciated

    You do know you can tailor your results by country right? It's the short paragraph above the actual application.

    Depends on who you're marketing to. Is the niche UK dependent? Will people in other countries who are searching your keywords be able to purchase what ever you are selling?
