Copyright and Disclaimer info for Free Reports?

I'm writing a report that I will be giving away with "giveaway rights". I was just wondering if there are any specific Copyrights and Disclaimers I should include in it.

IANAL, but you should have a disclaimer no matter what in your reports, ebooks, etc. especially if you're giving advice or claiming people can do something with the information (make money, get healthier etc). Also note that trademarks are those of their holders etc.

As for 'giveaway rights' you'll want to explicitly state what your readers can do - like give this report away verbatim without modifications, can't sell it, etc. You own the copyright, and on a side note I highly recommend you spend the 35$ here in the US and register your copyright, you can do it online now.

As I said, you own the copyright and its pretty hard to get rid of it. everything else is contract law which is best left to a lawyer to discuss.

That software looks great! I was looking for something very similar to that recently but had no luck..

I noticed on the sales page they have a couple of upsells.. have you found that the basic product is all you need or do you think the upsell products are important?

I have no clue as to your country's process, but most western countries are part of the borne convention (nothing to do with Jason ;-) ) so if you copyright it there you should be fine. Also, there are no rules saying you can't copyright a work here in the US. As I said its 35$ USD and you can do it online now. But I would suggest researching things in Norway first.
