Does This Sound Like A Good Offer?

I'm still tweaking the details and I really have no idea how to put together an offer that'll convert but I'm giving it my best try.

With that in mind.. this is what I was thinking for an offer.

I was going to make two different packages but focused on what both packages would have and it isn't written in stone, I was just jotting some ideas down on paper.

Web Design Offer
Your choice of 5 different PLR products (I have over 20gigs of new PLR)
4 PLR Articles in your niche.
Tutorials how to use the sites.
Your choice of RocketTheme (Joomla only)
installation and minor configuration.

Okay and this is where I run into sort of a roadblock...
I was going to design people sites like my own personal website.
Using Joomla as the main site and theme (using RocketTheme)
and then install WordPress with AuthorityPro 3 in a sub-directory (like /blog/ or /deals/) or whatever... and include EasyDealBuilder too with three built in offers (that I'll set up with your info).

Not only a good package to use to test things but a fully functional sales platform that any newbie could use. (Especially with the tutorials.)

So it turns out to around 16 pages as I have it now.

1 (Front Page)

4 (EasyDealBuilder) and the three built in deals

1 AP3 main sales letter page (using AP3 template) filled out with your information (pictures, videos, text etc) ... if you don't have anything to sell yet I'll setup an opt-in page for you to begin building your list (autoresponder service required)

1 Contact Form

4 PLR Articles

5 PLR Products (not setup, but yours to do whatever you want with)

So pretty much everything you need to get started making money online right away.
and I can turn these sites out in 1-2 days if I have all the proper information (CPANEL, FTP Access etc)

and that's all I have so far.... and I was thinking of charging $497 per site.
