Default Do any of you use virtual assistants?

Hi, there,

Do any of you have any experience, positive or negative, with using virtual assistants?

If so, and your experience has been worthwhile, what did they do for you?

Would you recommend any specific services?

(Aren't they expensive, too?)

Thanks a lot,

- Paul

I have used Virtual Assistants for a lot of services including article writing, link building, Internet research, affiliate recruitment, forum posting, social networking/bookmarking, etc.

As far as cost goes, it depends on what you want. I have paid as much as $30 an hour for some VA's while I've also paid as little as $6 an hour for some others who did more data entry stuff.

I'm personally strongly considering using TasksEverday. They have an offer for one month full time VA for $1100 USD which is about $6.88 per hour. They claim to have VA's who are experienced link builders and bookmarkers. That's a pretty attractive price to me.

I don't use them yet, because my budget doesn't allow me to, but all the experts say we all should use them.

Thanks, Jason,

In which of these activities do you feel you got the best bang for your buck?

I work with a number of specialists online for specific tasks, and I have a job manager application to log their hours.

PHP Link Directory Script - a great addition to ANY website and much more than just a directory.
phpLD Templates - lots of templates to choose from by many great designers
phpLD Mods - Add features to your directory to make it stand out
phpLD Forum - learn and discuss how to run a profitable directory

Thanks - where did you find them, if you don't mind me asking?

Its easy to find good technical help on forums. But I wouldnt trust a virtual assistant with online accounts, especially anything dealing with money, but thats just me.
