Help with Cash Machine 2.0

To all,
I respect that you may not like Cash Machine 2.0. That's fine, but keep it to your selves please. I am trying to get mine working and have a few questions and would like help if anyone can provide it. My questions are:

1. Cash Machine sends a customer "tag" which is what I am calling the customer information, sends it to Mailchimp to record it, I have a list setup that i want it to record into, but how do I set CM upto make sure it records it into my list?

2.Assuming the customer makes a deposit into our affiiliate, how does the fee we get paid endup in our bank account?

3. I have the video screen setup where it plays the video on my machine locally,
but when i select the "Go to fb app" button, the wall paper shows up, the continue button shows up but the video never plays. How do I fix that?

    Looks like they kept their support info to themselves?

    You purchased a product, have a 4 post count... and expect us to trouble shoot for you?

    Your first 2 posts were about a Classified Ad. Next 2 regarding this Cash Machines 2.0 product.

    I understand your frustrated... I get that. But you're going about asking for help here the wrong way. Why not become a member of the community, give suggestions, and help other people first? You are then, more likely, to get help yourself.

    And as others have said... this is not a product support forum. If you need help about a specific product, why not open a trouble ticket with the individual you bought it from? Does the product itself have a support forum?

    Issue #1: The fact that I have a 4 spot and have used 2 is none of your biz!

    Issue #2: Yep, I'm frustrated and am not trying to take it out on y'alll. I looked at the faq area after i read your post and did not see the "REQUIREMENTS" for support listed there.

    Issue #3: I DON'T EXPECT you to do a damn thing! I definitely would appreciate some guidance! I am brand new to this and am doing it to help my friend. I am an IT guy not a finance bubba.

    Issue #4: As an IT guy, we GIVE HELP! If you aren't getting it from an IT guy, let their boss know ASAP!

    Issue #5: I don't want to rain on your parade, I just am looking for help. I did not know you could not ask for help about a custom software packge. I aplogize.

      I don't have the authority to get a refund, that's my partners area. I don't think the software is too bad, I think the guy presenting it could have and should have done better.

      If you can answer general questions: If your running affiliated marketing software, wouldn't you want an autoresponder?

      How do you get money from the affiliates for the work that you did into your account?

        When you make a commission, it goes into your affiliate account, lets say ClicKBank. ClickBank will then pay you, either pay check or direct deposit.

        Other networks use wire transfers, PayPal and a range of other alternatives, each is different.

            Ask yourself this, do you like the software. or do you love the idea of the sales video?

            If they don't offer support, they're not interested in you making money...

    People are just trying to warn you about these magic money makers.
    If you can't get support from CM 2 does that not set off any alarm bells?
    Anyway it's your time and money, hope it works out for you and your partner...
