questions for clickbank yellow risk rating

It is a great honour to come into this pretty IM community, this week, unluckily for me, two of my clickbank affiliate accounts have downgraded to the yellow (below average) rating for different reasons(one is serveral consecutive and instant refunds from serveral bad guys online, another is the 75%+ refund rate from one MMO niche product called "google sniper"),this case makes me feel a little nervous as I always kept good(green) or very good(blue) rating before. Now I have decided to give up all the promotion for MMO niche and forex niche

So,is there any influence on my accounts in the future for my recent bad performance? Will clickbank suspend my weekly payment?

Some members from blackhatworld forums who had 20%+ refund rate even 50% refund rate said they do not get any penalization as affiliate accounts. But I am still a little worried,So I want to confirm the ultimate answer and make me get assured because now my full time online income are absolutely from clickbank.

I am a Chinese full time affiliate marketer, and I am receiving commissions through international wire by adding all of my clickbank accounts into one wire group that is set up by one main clickbank affiliate account, but this action also generates many quesitons, for example,if one of my accounts has been terminated for terms violations one day, will other associated accounts in this wire group still live or get banned at the same time. Can I go on joining clickbank with my identification if so?

I really appreciate your reply! TKS!

You might want to read the ClickBank TOS. If you are rely on them as your sole source of income, which is a bad idea in and of iteself, you really should fully understand their rules.

Second, you should take a good look at how and where you are marketing. Instead of looking at ClickBank as the bad guy, take a look at your marketing.

If your refund rates are significantly higher than average, the problem is your marketing. There are many people who successfully promote the same products you are promoting.

yes, different marketing methods produces different effects, that is why I set up multiple accounts to test them,I have stopped all the hop links for those lower quality products today to avoid the massive refunds,my traffic comes from twitter and google,so I think sales from these bad guys who just want to play me are just a tiny number totally, this account will gradually get back to good rating.
I have attached one screenshot to prove ever there was someone placed three orders and then instantly asked for refund,I have experience this case for 2 times this week, but these things never happened before.

I don think you can 100% rely on the rating as accurately reflecting the account's current status.

I have 3 clickbank accounts. One is rated unacceptable even though it has a low refund rate, the reason is the accounts chargeback rate is slightly high... Or was some years ago... There has not even been 1 charge back on the account for over 1 year.

There doesn't seem to be any actual penalty fo this. The accounts numbers are incredibly slowly creeping up as new sales raise the average.

You mentioned Google Sniper as one of the products you are promoting. When Clickbank came out with the star ratings for a short while (which I wish they would bring back), I stored all of this information in a database on my server. Google Sniper had a star rating of 2. I don't promote a product if it doesn't have a 4 or 5 star rating.
