Dint see this being mentioned anywhere here so I guess I might as well contribute.....

its really simple..

use

Once you find a relevant blog... look it up at :

http://www.seochat.com/seo-tools/pagerank-search/

or any other PR checking tool you have.... but as long as your link is relevant, PR wont matter... the more the merrier.

Thanks for the link...this is a real goldmine for people who want a bazillion backlinks by taking advantage of the top commentators plugin :P (by posting quality comments of course)
