How do you put an affiliate link on your blog?

I am putting my first affiliate link on my blog and I am using Word Press. I went to the widgets and added a text widget....when I paste the html code into the text box and go to my page, I see the link is not in the right place. It's cutting into my blog post. How can I fix this so that it is placed right? Please go to my page to see what I mean: toxicbeautyblog.com

Thanks!

Looks like you placed the widget in the sidebar instead of footer?

How do I put it on the footer? I don't see this as an option in the dashboard.

Here is an idea. Put that link at bottom of your article (single post).then make your google adsense at your sidebar and choose a suitable format of adsense for sidebar.

Or if you have right to choose affiliate link format you should choose a suitable one. Hope it help :-)

On dashboard, go to the editor panel and choose a single post.php Then put a link just before a comment formation. But btw who's put that google adsense code ?. If you can find a singlepost.php the problem solved. Keep trying ok I believe you can do that :-)

I do it manually instead of using widget. Since it will be only one time, so I think it is worth the effort.

I think you can put your Adsense on the sidebar. If you know html, you can add the Adsense code under the sidebar.php for wordpress.

      Same with the affiliate link.

If you really need help, you can PM me your sidebar.php with your adsense code and the affiliate link. I will help to add it in for you.
