Automatically Rotate Banners on WordPress?

I'm still new at this, but I want to be able to rotate banners of offers I've selected at CPA networks so I don't have to wait a week to see if that offer is converting then have to change it because it doesn't.

Is there any way to do this, like a plugin or software/script to be able to upload all the banner ads to a specific section of the site and let them run rotating randomly.

Appreciate the help!

Not sure if there is a plugin to do this specifically, but what I've done successfully in the past is to install a plugin that allows you to write PHP in the widget areas and just write some code that randomly selects an ad to display.

Here is a whole list for you to choose from:

You have to think through what you're trying to use because ad blocker will block most of them by default. It's wise to install ad blocker to see if your ads are getting through or not.

Aren't people who use ad blocker generally those who won't click the ads anyways?

With an ad blocker, they definitely won't be clicking ads.

I think of surfing the internet like going to the mall. Sometimes when I go to the mall to stroll around I'm not shopping but I still end up buying something while I'm there because I see something that interests me or something I want.

That's a good way of looking at it.

You can put Javascript banner rotation code in an Adsene plugin - works well.

  • I have a plugin that does this. It isn't for sale any longer, but if you PM me I will give you access to it (Lets call it a review copy).

OIOpublisher Ad Manager - Control Your Ad Space is a good plugin (or standalone script for no-WP sites).
[not aff link... although I have one, LOL]

It does way more than rotating ads - you can sell, automatically, ad space on your own site etc.

Looks neat Istvan, thank you. I don't have the traffic to use it now but if that changes in the future I'll check with you for your affiliate link.

Partly that's in appreciation of some of your posting here, and I also go out of my way to buy through affiliate links. (Seems odd to me that the usual reaction to them is to strip them off.)
