Any tax software people recommend

Hi everyone.

I've been wondering on what kind of finance tracking software some of you recommend.
I am in a position where I must start tracking expenses and transactions, because I definitely don't want to mess around come tax day.

What kind of tax softwares do you use?
I would also appreciate you telling me what made you decide to choose it.

I've seen things like mint... But I shutter at giving my bank details always to the company... Just in general.

Any experiences you can share?

    I said "tax software" but really would also like to track expenses, payments to and from individuals.
    I am actually kind new to all this financial stuff.
    Compile organized reports, etc.

    Get an accountant.

    Have a separate account for all of your online transactions.

    Let the accountant do what they do, and focus on doing what you do.

    My business bank accounts have an "accountant access" option.. she doesn't get access to the money, just the figures.

    If you're looking to track client activity, a piece of Client Management Software might be more what you're looking for... it's normally called CMS software.

      1 think though, because I love using PayPal for a lot of t things. Should I also seperate business expenses away from the account that takes transactions?
