Question: What makes You Really _Excited_ about Making Money Online?

Due to my illness, it gives me more options...

My biggest objective is to create a website which benefits and changes the world.

It relieves alot of the worries in life. With mortgages, extremely high gas prices, kids, school it's good to know, you have a way to make some extra income

It seems that people have many different perspectives about how making money online can benefit them. All of you who already answered have different point of views.

What makes You Really _Excited_ about Making Money Online??

freedom and flexibility

Freedom seems to a popular topic what I see now.

What makes me also Really Excited that ordinary people without any real background in business or any degrees can create real full time income. Yes the road to success will be rocky, but everyone has a chance to succeed.

This statement means a lot of different things to many different people:
Make Money Online

Ultimately it's a challenge and a fun "game" whether it's SEO / social media or other methods. Learning new tactics makes it an ever evolving market, where you will never get bored because XYZ worked yesterday doesn't mean it will work tomorrow.

To me, I view this phrase "Make Money Online" from a service oriented stand point. When looking at a way to earn more money I have certain criteria (probably business / marketing 101):

1) Does this solve a problem / need? (fun part of the game; testing, brainstorming, etc)
2) Do I believe in the product? Would I spend my own $$ on it
3) How do I offer this effectively and cost effective
4) Is it scalable / automated

4 isn't a prerequisite but also part of the game.

Also, as I get older competition becomes limiting. Sporting events are few and far between and pushing yourself exercising doesn't satisfy the mental craving for creativity. Business to me is exercise for the brain and a chance to collobarate with those like minded individuals, such as this great forum here

No need of large capital, and the idea of working differently along with time flexibility makes all of thrilled

So I can do what I want to do, be able to support my family, go on holiday when I want and most importantly have that freedom that I've always craved.

The freedom to work on anything online, from anywhere (with a solid internet connection), anytime you want.

The flexibility, and the gazillions of options.

But the most exciting part of making money online is not really knowing if and when you will make money. You can win or lose in minutes. This level of unpredictability lends a small twist of excitement not often found in many office-based jobs.

Money never excited me... it's the stuff I can buy using it that does ;-)

I can't relate money to freedom. Right now when I type this, I can only relate it to clearing off the debts that I have accrued over the years. Once I do that, I would use it to travel a lot. Freedom is something I pick up by choice, not buy off the shelf .

I am always in touch of my family, I am always at my home, yet I making money through my PC. Sometimes it does make me excited.

I can Work Anywhere! No stress, No orders, No deadline! I even work in my toilets sometimes with the laptop.
