I was thinking about putting an affiliate link in an ad. Are there any books or wso's about? Is this an old concept.

    You may want to try asking this in the Adsense/ PPC/ SEO Discussion Forum section of the forum. You may get more direct answers.

    I don't see why you couldn't do this, as long as it fell into the rules of the ad service you're using; but you might want to learn how to cloak your affiliate link so it doesn't scream "AFFILIATE LINK" to those who look at the ad.
