1. There's a cap on how many you can follow. If your account has been dormant for sometime (mine was about 5 months). You are allowed to follow about 2000 people. After that you'll have to wait till you're followed back.
2. If you have a new account (created just now) and you want to follow immediately, I heard you can follow a thousand before you're capped.
3. SPECIAL TIP : In order to be a leader you must learn to be a follower!
The third tip is a special one, apply it and see. I'll let you experience it yourself. I won't spoil the fun of discovery by being a loud mouth.
