Interior links like wikpedia?

Anyone know how to do this without massively slowing down load time? php or something to automatically change 'basket weaving' to link to a specific page every time it appears as text? Thanks!

    I've seen wordpress plug-in's that will automatically link keyword(s) you set up. If your using wordpress, that would of course be the best way to go.

      We use a plugin on our WP blogs that works perfectly. It's called "MaxBlogPress Ninja Affiliate" and we've never had a single issue with it. [Crossed fingers that this great functionality continues.]

      WP Easy Links is one that comes to mind.

      No idea about a non-html way. I am lazy and pretty much only use Wordpress these days.
