I built an Affiliate Marketing program for my book.

I'm working on self-publishing a book about Ruby on Rails web application testing. It's an incredibly niche market, with a very passionate audience.
Because I'm self-publishing, that of course means self-marketing a book. I first thought about doing targeted marketing, PPC, and SEO campaigns, but then I realized this isn't what I'm good at.
I instead decided to take the money I would spend poorly on marketing campaigns and dedicate it to building an affiliate marketing program that pays out $10 per referred sale.
