Trusting Outsources to not steal your niche?

Hey guys,

I am very busy lately and will need to have someone install several blogs on my host for me and install some plugins etc. They will need login info and everything (which I am actually not THAT concerned with bc I would use someone w/excellent feedback, etc)

However my real concern is them "stealing" my niche sites. They are a very specific for local searches and I just wonder how you all go about handling this or if it is ever an issue?

Any suggestions on where to look? I know the warrior forums is full of trustworthy talented people, but my guess is that they could still take my idea and run with if it need be. I mean if they are on the warrior forum and freelancing blog installations, chances are either they know seo or know someone who knows seo....

Just curious how ya'll might handle this or who ya'll go to, past experiences, etc.

Thanks,

Jim

Most people you are hiring are not marketers
they are freelance employees... 90% of them
wouldn't even know what to do with your niche
information let alone be good at it.

They are employee minded and really could careless
about what you are doing. Just don't show them anything
that shows how much money you are making and you
    should be fine.

I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice. It's just
an example of what I've done and seen with my
    experience on this issue.

I think Justin is mostly right... if you are hiring non-marketers, then you are probably fairly safe. Just act like you aren't making a thing and are broke... that way they stick with what they are doing!

Competition makes you better. My writer is a marketer and a member of this forum. I encourage her to get into the niche if she wants to, it will only help me get better while trying to beat her.
