what to do with old IM website?

Hi,

I have an internet marketing/ mmo related website that I originally was going to develop, I've owned the domain for about 3 years now, it has an nice theme installed and two blog posts, the rest is lipsum. It gets like 200 uniques a month.
I am no longer considering working in this niche, as offline stuff has kinda taken over, so I want sell the site or employ someone to develop it to the point its worth selling, but could use some advice as Ive never actually sold a website before.
I have thought about selling it on flippa, but it's not ever had any revenue, so I'm not sure. Any advice? Thanks.

    If it has some PR, you could sell it based on that. It's aged, so some domain buyers like that, especially if it's got a good name.

    Your other option is to make it profitable. To do that, create a good optin offer and get some traffic coming across the site...sell the list with the site.

    You should improve your website, promote affiliate products, add CPA offers, Adsense ads, and try to sell it when it will make some money.

    Ya your limited options on this one would be to either sell it on flippa in the state that its in now, or work on it to create some revenue and then try to sell it.
