If you're talking about something like found here: Business Catalyst Templates | BC Gurus

Then those look like css templates - no wordpress

One way to check is to add /wp-admin after the domain. There may be a way for people to change that folder for the login area, I never looked into it.

Just look at the source code. The design is probably custom made. I'm guessing that the server-side was done using a PHP framework such as CodeIgniter.

They based their whole design on grids which is why it looks good and ordered.
