Get information on that website, content related to your product.

Do you have an email list of subscribers? buyers?

I would market it to your lists, and set up an affiliate program for others to market.
(if you haven't done so already).

What you are asking is what this Warrior Forum is all about - Internet Marketing.

I suggest you take it slow and thorough at first, learning all you can as you go. Make good use of the search function and it will help you to find solid information every step of the way.

If I were you, my first step would be two-fold: niche research and customer profiling. Niche research will allow you to find out what the competition is all about and it will help you to understand how the competition is marketing their products.

Customer profiling will involve building a description of your perfect customer. Once you have that, you will be in a good position to find out where your prospects hang out online. You will be able to better target where your marketing campaigns are going.

I would hold off from putting up a sales page on your site until you know who your customers are, what are their needs/wants, and the kind of products/services they are looking for. Once you have a handle on these details you will be in a better position to target your offer exactly, and add bonuses, upsells, downsells, etc.

      That's how I would begin.

      Good luck to you,

      Steve

Start getting the word out about your product, do press releases start doing PPC campaigns with google. They'll be a little easier on you since you aren't doing affiliate marketing. Just follow along their guidelines.

Why do people keep telling complete beginners to USE PPC? If you don't know what you're doing with PPC campaigns you could lose a bucket load in quick time...

Think of how stupid the average person is, and realize half of them are stupider than that.

Without knowing anything about your product, all I can say is you should think hard about the best way to get it to consumers! By all means create a website that informs visitors about the product but think about options such as brick and mortar retailers too.

    What is the product?

I've heard many people say they have the greatest product before when in reality it might be something cool but it turned out no one wanted to buy it.

So make sure you do some thorough market research first. Cool products are one thing. Products people actually want to spend their money on are another thing.

set up some good basic info so people can contact you and purchase product. shopify.com is a nice easy set up if you're looking for something similar to that. then i would do some keyword research on buying keywords. then if you want quick answers i would target those kw's using google ads. you can find out conversion rates and everything you want to know within a couple hours. then just test to see what converts best
