Keyword Planner replaces GKT

Hi. I noticed that I am unable to get [Exact Match] data using the NEW Keyword Planner. I am assuming this is a bug. My question is are you experiencing the same things AND more importantly, what other tool out there can give me data for EXACT MATCH? thanks

The new Keyword Planner uses only EXACT MATCH. Be sure to click on the "Keyword Ideas" tab.

Hi. Where does it state that? Because Keyword Planner provides the same three options. Broad, Phrase and Exact. And when I select Exact, only the Broad Match reads.

Like Gene stated...it uses exact. The Moz blog had a good article on this: "To see the exact keywords you entered, make sure to select the Keyword Idea's tab in the top middle. By default, it will likely show the "Ad Group Ideas" tab."

You still have not answered my question with the specific info I was looking. Nevermind I will call Google.

My question worded differently, if the Keyword Planner provides all three options, then why does only one option display. Default is broad match. When you select Exact or Phrase Match, the exact same numbers show. There is no change. If only exact match data is now available, then why do they give you the option to choose between broad and phrase?

I thought you were calling Google? Did they not give you the answer you were looking for?

Think of how stupid the average person is, and realize half of them are stupider than that.

On the column that shows the counts, hover over the little question mark on the column title for more info. Also, click on the little pencil icon at the top right to change from broad to phrase to exact match.

The search volume numbers always display the exact match. Choosing the Broad or Phrase match is only for calculating how many clicks you can expect as well as the click costs for an Adwords campaign.

No i havnt called Google yet. Yes I understand all that. That's what I did. I understand how to select Broad, Exact, Phrase but it gives me the same results. These answers are contradicting each other.

my question is does any one know why these results are not different?
Well, it looks like it is a bug.
