That's great that you have an interest ant a niche that you are already interested in, but beware, there are sharks out there that will take your money and run!
Can you learn the skill set yourself first (at least the basics ) by googling it (for free) so that when you do have some extra cash to outsource you can explain to the app developers on Odesk and Freelance exactly what you want?

Set up a skype a skype account (again free) so you can talk to your outsourcers.
I see your interests are "Internet, Football, Cricket and making some money." in you profile. Don't believe anyone that can promise you that you are going to "make $1500 in your 1st month on line if you follow me" get grounded and learn the basics first otherwise you'll end up like 99% of other people that try to make their fortunes online and end up depressed and broke and quitting saying that "it doesn't work- what a scam"

Well I'll suggest you to sell Iphone apps. I've personally tried it know you can make decent money out of it.

Just find a creative feature that an Iphone app can have, that might help people other than the apps they already have.

I recommend searching around the forum and google for Ways To Make Money Selling Android Apps.

There's a lot of free info out there about making apps.

Then get started and start creating apps. Do more than 1. Do more than 2. Do more than 10 and you'll be on your way to creating the type of income you're looking to make.

You can create paid ones or do free ones and make money from the ads. But the more you focus your time on creating and launching new ones, the better you'll get at it and the sooner you'll be on to creating the income you need to make. If you aren't creating your first app by the end of the day, you're behind the curve already.

I say there is always a seat to enjoy in Love, Health & Wealth niches. Milk flowing in these milk-runs won't dry any day sooner than technology.

Technology is so contemporary, impossible to coup with. I suggest you stay away from 'learning droid coding yourself in 21 days'. You will spend more than you'll make, always.

If you wish earn from ads, instead of going for apps (Android, Google, Facebook, Symbian, iOS, etc.) go for niche marketing.

Never put all your eggs in one place Plant some seed here and some there, at least you will have some websites that will give you revenue.

Check WSO section, try some products by warriors at dirt cheap price. Take ideas from those WSOs. For example Dating to the Bank, $100k Affiliate, Hobby Master, etc.

Buy one or everyone, but put the knowledge to WORK or things will NOT work for you!

Buy some domains from Name Cheap and link them to your hosting. Create some niche websites, insert your affiliate codes to your keywords. Put on AdSense and Amazon ads as well.

Buy backlinks from fiverr and you will receive small checks ranging from $100 to $300 every week, initially. Some time later you will have some more bigger pay days like $800 to $1500 per week.

So instead of aiming just for $1500 a month, aim high! Go big or don't bother!

I think you already have the right ideas to start with. I suggest you focus from just one of the ideas listed until you were able to master one. Working with a lot of ideas will just burn you out.

You seem to have so much in your mind that you would wish to do,you need come with a precise idea from what you already have based on your experience and skills.

I would say i don't need to entirely rely on outsourced services,you must be having some skills...isn't it
