Yahoo & Google Adwords Weirdness

I've been having trouble setting up ad campaigns in both YSM and Google today. When I try to save changes to campaigns, I keep getting messages like:

"We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are unable to process your request at this time. Our engineers have been notified of this problem and will work to resolve it" (at Google)

and

"System Error. We're sorry. We could not process your request at this time. Please try again later." (at Yahoo).

Is anybody experiencing anything like that?
