When you outsource what make you order more

Many warriors are leveraging the power of outsourcing, some of us do this to unload bulk load specially in marketing our sites.

My question is what makes you order more from the person provide the outsourcing for you. What you considered more, the price, the quality of the job, how fast the job done, or any other reason?

A lot of what I outsource is software creation, so I really look for ontime delivery and how well the software works. Also, how quickly the programmer responds to bug reports.

Where do you go to get your software created?

My best results by far have been from GetaFreelancer. It costs about $5 to post a job there, so people tend to be more serious.

Elance tends to be very expensive, in my experience, and I go to RentaCoder when I need something simple coded for cheap.

If you're looking for a free lancer I guess rentacoder is one of the best place to find one.

You can goto Elance.com or Rentacoder.com

    I use both.

When outsourcing, make sure they know that you know that they know what they are doing (read that until it makes sense)

Turnaround time and quality are both important to me.

I think what gets me to continue to order form people that I outsource to is quality, turnaround time, how good they are to work with, and if they things that need fixing on the spur of the moment so I can get the product, site or content up and running quickly.

I am with you, I guess quality of the work is the first one to be considered before price

Quality work I get from outsourcing definetly makes me decide if I should use the same person again or try different one.
