I have an amazing idea ... Need help!

Well...I have an idea to start an online business and if all goes as I expect maybe i will tern it to offline business or mix them both.

After long research I found that my idea is highly wanted in my area and not have real competitors.The business will be based on selling physical products under Amazon's affiliate program.

It's been almost two years that i'm learning the internet marketing field. I purchased quite a bit of knowledge bat i did not create anything.

Well i Need advice and help setting up a relevant website adjusted for the sale of physical products. I think it should be based on a wordpress but i don't know which theme to use and how to set is up.

It will be very helpful if you direct me to some guide or an ebook or give my your advice.

    What's your strategy? What's your niche and what products will you be selling?

    What type of site do you want? eCommerce or an online magazine type theme?

    If you show me an example of some other site that is similar to what you want to create I might be able to point you in the direction of how to go about it.

      I can not really expose all the details of my idea, you know. I think big, and maybe one day I will turn from local to global. What I can tell that my idea related to niche of birthdays. Its a long-term niche and always alive.

        All I can help you with, given the details, is to study the structure of businesses and how to set up one. Start small, and use the money as leverage to move global.

        For one, you need to find a process that works for you. When something works, all you need to do is to leverage it and scale up.

        But this is pretty universal, and you might want to look deeper in it: Customer acquisition (aka Traffic in web terms) and conversions. I figure you can outsource/hire for technical things, if that's a problem for you.

        Start measuring your progress through split-testing and tracking your results from the very start. That gives you a direction on where to go.

        If you're thinking of eCommerce, what kind of route are you going? eBay, where users sell their own products? Or are you going to have suppliers? Dropshipping?

    I'd be inclined to set up the business as a wordpress membership site, there are several good plugins which will be suitable for this purpose. If you offer free membership then you can encourage people to upgrade or build relationships with them.

    I'd definitely use wordpress if I were you and I'm sure some of the warriors who are a bit more experienced with eccommerce/amazon affiliates will help you to find a theme.

    Competition is healthy. That is when YOU know you have a great idea...people copy you. You'll never keep 100% to yourself, not do you want to. Think how many people do the same thing on Fiverr...Warrior has dozens of WSO on SEO.

    What do you mean by physical products?
    Physical products is a wide description,maybe make me understand by narrowing it down to specific physical products.
