Generating a PAD

Could you help me find the download url in order to generate a PAD file?
I have a chrome extension and I want to create a PAD file in order to uploaded to sites such as Softonic or CNET.
The problem is I do not know where I should be looking for my direct download link from where the "juice" should be coming out in order to generate the PAD file. Is it in the extension file or in the chrome webstore?
